Click below to book your spa experience online 24/7 or call 757-622-3472. As a courtesy, we give you a reminder email, or text message to confirm your appointment. If we do not speak directly to you, it is still your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment.

We require a valid credit card to reserve your spa experience.

No show appointments or treatments not canceled within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file.

Punctuality 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to relax and get comfortable. Arriving late may require us to shorten your treatment time so it does not overlap with the next client.

 

Gratuity

Gratuities are appreciated and left to your discretion. Cash gratuity is preferred or they can be added to your credit card purchase.

 

Your Health

When scheduling, please inform us of any health issues, pregnancies, recent surgeries, heart disorders, or other health conditions that may require service adjustments. Certain treatments may not advised.

 

Payment Methods

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash app and American Express.

 

Should I shave?

Male spa guests: If you are having a facial service, we suggest you shave several hours prior to arrival.

Female spa guests: We suggest no leg shaving on the day of a body treatment. Skin nicks may be irritated.

 

Retail Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may exchange it for a spa credit within 14 days of purchase, as long as the container is at least ¾ full. There are no cash refunds on services.

 

Quiet Zone

Out of respect for other guests, we do not allow small children in the spa. In addition, cell phones and pagers must be turned off when entering the spa.
